The quality of this coffee is the first thing one notices. It goes without saying that all Gevalia coffees meet the highest standards and this new one is no exception. I ordered the whole bean and ground each time right before making a pot. The flavor reminds one of an AFrican bean (Zimbabwe) but slightly muskier...the only word that comes to mind. Yet, the sip is crystal clear - a perfect compliment to a morning muffin.
