Better to order directly through Novica.

I tried to order this item through amazon.com. Novica could
not fill the order, yet amazon still charged my account.
Several weeks later, and a lot of hassel, Im still waiting
for amazon to refund my account. The NOVICA REPRESENTATIVE
SUGGESTS ORDERING DIRECTLY THROUGH NOVICA instead of through
amazon.
