I just stumbled across your fine collection of Aha! Peruvian Pepper Sauces -- and only wish I had discovered this stuff years ago! To begin, I put some on a brat fresh off the BBQ, just to see. It woke that brat up unlike anything I have ever had before! I now use it on my sandwiches, my omelets, pizza...you name it. Even works great on BBQ chicken. Also, I am experimenting with these pastes as sauces with various dishes. Had some in a stir-fry the other day, and it got rave reviews. With flavor like this -- the skys the limit!

I was lucky enough to catch this product at a Costco where the company owner was demonstrating this product. While just a bit spicy for me, it is a cut above regular store bought steak sauces. If you have a spice loving family, they will thank you for giving them this sauce. It goes really well on a nice grilled burger.
