We want you to love your alpaca products. If you are not completely satisfied, you may return unworn items within 30 days of delivery for a full refund or exchange.

How to Return

1. Contact us to initiate your return
2. Pack items in original packaging if possible
3. Ship to our return address (provided upon request)
4. Refund processed within 5-7 business days of receipt

Exchanges

Need a different size or color? We are happy to exchange your item. Contact us and we will help arrange the exchange.
