Shipping origin and timing
All orders ship from our Portland, Maine warehouse. Orders placed before 1 PM Eastern on business days typically ship same-day; later orders ship the following business day. We do not ship on Sundays or US federal holidays. During peak holiday weeks (mid-November through end of December), allow an additional 1-2 business days for warehouse processing. Tracking numbers are emailed automatically once your label is generated.
Shipping carriers and costs
Standard domestic shipping is free for orders over $150. Below that threshold, USPS Priority is $9 flat rate for orders under 5 pounds; FedEx Ground is $14 for heavier items like blankets and multiple-sweater orders. Expedited and overnight options are calculated at checkout based on actual weight and destination. International shipping costs vary by country and are calculated based on USPS International rates plus a small handling fee. We do not mark international packages as gifts or under-value them — this protects you from customs delays and us from liability.
