We want you to love your alpaca products. If you are not completely satisfied, you may return unworn items within 30 days of delivery for a full refund or exchange.

- Refund processed within 5-7 business days of receipt
Exchanges
Need a different size or color? We are happy to exchange your item. Contact us and we will help arrange the exchange.
Final Sale Items
Items marked as final sale cannot be returned or exchanged.
Return process step by step
To start a return, email returns@incamaine.com with your order number and the items you wish to return. We send a prepaid USPS return label within one business day for orders shipped within the continental US. Pack the items in their original packaging if possible, attach the label, and drop at any USPS location. Once we receive and inspect the return, refunds are issued to the original payment method within 5-7 business days. International returns use customer-arranged shipping with tracking; we reimburse return shipping costs for items received in qualifying condition.
What we cannot accept back
We cannot accept returns on items that have been worn beyond initial fit-check, items with removed tags, items showing pet hair or fragrance transfer, custom or made-to-order pieces, gift cards, or sale items marked final. Items that fall outside our return policy due to wear can sometimes be re-routed to our consignment partner network — ask about this option if your situation is borderline. We always prefer finding a workable solution over a hard refusal, so don’t hesitate to reach out even if your situation seems edge-case.
