Product authenticity and sourcing
All alpaca wool products sold through Inca Maine are sourced directly from Peruvian artisan cooperatives in the Cusco, Puno, and Arequipa regions. We verify supplier credentials through the Peruvian Ministry of Foreign Trade (MINCETUR) and inspect production facilities annually during our buying trips. Product descriptions reflect fiber grade (royal, baby, or standard alpaca), origin workshop, and any blended materials. If a product description proves inaccurate, we offer full refund or replacement at our cost regardless of return window.
Shipping and returns
Domestic US orders ship via USPS Priority or FedEx Ground depending on weight. Standard delivery is 3-7 business days from order; expedited options available at checkout. International shipping uses USPS International Priority. Returns are accepted within 30 days of delivery in original condition with tags attached.
