Information collected during purchases
When you place an order, we collect the information needed to fulfill it: name, shipping address, billing address, email, and phone number. Payment details are processed by our payment provider (Stripe) and never stored on our servers — we receive only a confirmation token. We retain order records for seven years to comply with US federal tax requirements and Maine state retail law. After that period, identifying information is anonymized while preserving aggregate transaction data for accounting purposes.
Newsletter and marketing
If you subscribe to our newsletter, we use Mailchimp to send periodic emails about new arrivals from our Cusco and Puno workshops. You can unsubscribe at any time using the link at the bottom of any email. We do not sell or share newsletter subscriber lists with third parties. Cookies on this site are limited to essential cart-state tracking and Cloudflare Web Analytics, which is configured to operate without individual visitor identification.
